Welcome to our week in Peppard class.

We have been learning the sounds:

In maths this week, we have been learning about weight and capacity.  We have carried out some fun activities.  Everyone got quite competitive when we were finding out how many objects we could fit into a small container.  The highest was 82!  Well done Freddie!

We had a wonderful few sessions learning about Africa.  We sang songs, read some stories, learned some new information, and did some lovely art activities.  It was very enjoyable.  

We innovated the story of Handa's surprise by learning about different animals and choosing new ones for our own version of the story.  We also tried and tasted different fruits to make a graph of our favourites.  We also learned what adjectives are and used them in our topic lessons.
