RE

In RE we have been learning about Diwali. We have made Diwali lamps and stars. For the lamps we used different coloured paper and cut them out so we could decorate them and hang them up. For the stars we folded the paper in star shapes and we made two so we could hang them up. 

PSHE

In PSHE we are learning about being yourself and making mistakes. We made posters about making amends and the right way to deal with making a mistake. 
 

Science

This week we have been learning about adaption. We have learned about different birds beaks and we did an experiment with sweets as birds' food and scissors, pegs, bulldog clips and spoons as birds' beaks. 
 

Farewell

On Wednesday Mrs Dickins left and we gave her some gifts. Y6 made a video saying goodbye and all their messages  said goodbye and good luck at your new school.
