Peppard class

Welcome to our week in Peppard class. 

We have begun our phonics lessons and the sounds we have learned are:

s. a. t. p. i. n. m. d. g

We have a fast moving programme. Reading at home is so supportive for confidence and fluency. Thank you for your support.

In maths, we have been doing our lessons in the phase "Just like me". These have included matching, sorting and comparing with numbers, capacity and measures.

We have enjoyed the story "Have you filled your bucket today" and we had a discussion about all the lovely things we do and say to other people.

We are enjoying the story "The Little Red Hen". We are learning to retell the story for the Harvest festival in church.

During continuous provision, we have enjoyed many different activities and experiences. Enjoy the photographs. 

Our PE day will be Wednesdays. Sorry for the delay in communicating this.
