Fresh, Healthy School Lunches

At our school, lunchtime is something we are very proud of. Every meal is freshly prepared on site each day in our kitchen by Sally, our dedicated school cook, using fresh ingredients and healthy recipes. Even though we have the smallest school kitchen in Oxfordshire, Sally creates delicious meals that children look forward to and enjoy.

Our lunches are made with care and prepared to order wherever possible, helping ensure children receive a nutritious, balanced meal that keeps them energised and ready to learn for the rest of the day.

At just £2.95 per meal, our school lunches offer excellent value for a freshly cooked, healthy meal.

We are also incredibly proud that we have one of the highest lunch take-ups in the county, with 94% of our pupils choosing a school lunch on some days — a great sign of how much the children enjoy the food!

Our menu follows a three-week rolling programme, giving children plenty of variety and the chance to try different meals throughout the term.

And remember — school meals are completely free for children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2, making it even easier for younger pupils to enjoy a fresh, healthy lunch every day.
